As an employee of Brookdale for 13 years I have been very happy here I feel respected, appreciated and above all heard when there is an issue. The staff and management team has years behind them in this company. Most senior places have a high turn over in management as well as staff but Brookdale Valencia has caregivers 10-13 years, management 4-15 years. The team work and atmosphere here, you will not find any where else.

The staff were friendly, caring and so accommodating. He had many issues that had to be dealt with and the facility director and the corporate Brookdale were very helpful in working with us, making his stay there work for him. Brookdale Valencia has been a wonderful experience for my elderly parents. I could not say enough good things about this place, the staff has been a pleasure to work with, maintenance is always on top of their stuff and making sure the building is running as efficient as possible. When my parents call to have something fixed they are there within 24 hours unless its an emergency then they are there right away. Other residents seem to be happy around there as well and the ones that I have talked to while I’m there talking with my parents. I would recommend Brookdale to other families looking for a facility for their loved ones, who still want their independence but just need a little help with everyday life.

The most reliably excellent care in assisted living facilities in Albuquerque. For Independent Living they have lots of activities if residents want to take part in them. The Executive Director is so involved she knows the patients and family members by name. It’s a facility where you know people care. In Assisted Living, the two nurses are so caring and attentive that my patients brag how safe they feel. As a medical provider it is a pleasure to care for patients in this building. I highly recommend it.
