Footprints helped me care for my father who lived in an assisted living facility but needed an extra pair of eyes checking on him. I also had help with grocery delivery to my father’s apartment. The staff are wonderful: caring, patient, communicative. I really appreciate the care they provided and a special thank you to Stephanie, Margaret and Justine.

I secured care from FootPrints Home Care for my friend who is a resident in a care facility with different health problems. The major concern at the time was to have 25 hour monitoring to ensure she did not get out of bed and reinjure the broken bones in her ankle.

The office staff was very vigilant to give me updates on the names of the persons assigned for the different hours and days. The care takers were knowledgeable and caring, professional and kind. One person in particular was most vigilant to inform me of an incident of improper treatment from a site staff member, that we were able to correct.

Our caregiver Debbie is compassionate and efficient in her care for my father-in-law and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. We have never gone without a caregiver when we have requested services.
